“和谐使命-2017”医院船门诊工作的组织管理的特点

目的对“和谐使命-2017”医院船门诊工作的组织管理进行分析。方法回顾“和谐使命-2017”任务的医务人员组成,以及主平台门诊工作模式,通过各国门诊开展情况,分析主平台诊疗的组织管理特点。结果医院船门诊工作总结包括全面开放,满负荷运转、错时挂号、分诊前置、统筹安排志愿者服务、增加导医、严格进行传染病筛查,限制烈性传染病患者登船。结论通过总结分析,对今后和平方舟医院船执行海外医疗服务门诊工作提出合理化建议,为建立一套适合医院船的医疗工作模式提供参考。

The organization and management characteristics on Outpatient Service of Mission Harmony 2017 Hospital Ship

Objective This study aims to analyze the organization and management characteristics on Outpatient Service of Mission Harmony 2017 Hospital Ship.Methods Review the composition of medical staff and the working mode of the main platform treatment,to analyze the organization and management characteristics of the main platform treatment through the situation of outpatient service in various countries.Result The summary of hospital ship outpatient service includes full opening,full load operation,staggered registration,pre-triage,overall arrangement of volunteer services,increase of medical guides,strict screening of infectious diseases,and restriction of boarding of patients with severe infectious diseases.Conclusion This study puts forward reasonable Suggestions for the hospital ship of peace ark to carry out the overseas medical service in the future,which provides references for establishing a set of medical work mode suitable for the hospital ship.
