目的构建车载移动医院手术室护理人员梯队,探讨车载式移动医院手术室护士灾害救援能力的培训模式。方法构建外科手术单元护理人员梯队,制定外科手术单元护理人员管理制度,规范外科手术单元理论知识培训体系,建立外科手术单元标准化模拟演练流程。结果进行模块式、专科化培训能够迅速提高护理人员专科岗位救援能力。结论专科梯队的构建有利于建立有序的灾害救护体系,车载式移动医院模块式、专科化护理培训能够提高护理人员灾害救援岗位胜任力,提升训练效率。
