| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高频二维超声与彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）对甲状腺疾病的诊断价值。方法：分析200例甲状腺疾病的二维超声及CDFI表现和结果并与病理对照。结果：甲状腺癌的诊断符合率87％，甲状腺腺瘤的诊断符合率91％。结节性甲状腺肿的诊断符合率90％，毒性甲状腺肿的诊断符合率100％，亚急性甲状腺炎诊断符合率82％，桥本氏甲状腺炎诊断符合率80％。结论：病变的边界、形态、内部回声类型、后方回声特征及血流特点对甲状腺病变的病理诊断有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the diagnostic value of high frequency two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI in thyroid disease. Methods：Analyze the results of two-dimensional ultrasound and CDFI in 200 cases with thyroid disease and compare them with pathologic records. Results：The diagnostic accurate rate of thyroid carcinoma is 87%,thyroid adenoma is 91% ,nodular goiter is 90% ,toxic goiter is 100%,subacute thyroiditis is 82% and Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis is 80%. Conclusions：The borders, shapes, interior echo types, rear echo characteristics and flow features of thyroid disease arc important to its pathologic diagnosis. |
