| Abstract: | Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)have potential of multi-directional differentiation.Bone marrow and cord blood have the abundantest MSCs,but its numbers still very little.MSCs must be isolated,cultivated and amplificated in vitro.But methods are not unified and have many influence factors.It still lack of gold-standard of identification. |
