HLA-G亚型蛋白在正常妊娠及重度子痫前期患者胎盘中的表达差异

目的:探讨人类白细胞相关抗原-G(HLA-G)各亚型蛋白在正常妊娠及重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中的表达差异。方法:取10例重度子痫前期患者(实验组)及10例年龄配对的正常妊娠胎盘组织(对照组),应用Westernblot方法比较两组间HLA-G各个亚型蛋白的表达差异。结果:与对照组相比,重度子痫前期患者胎盘组织中HLA-G1、G5,HLA-G3蛋白表达显著降低。结论:HLA-G1、G5与HLA-G3在胎盘组织中的低表达可能与妊娠期高血压疾病的发生有关。

Different expression of various subtypes of HLA-G protein in placentas between preeclamptic and normal pregnant women

Objective To investigate the different expression of various subtypes of human leukocyte antigen-G (HLA-G) protein in placentas between preeclamptic and normal pregnant women. Methods Ten placental samples from severe preeclamptic pregnancies and ten from gestational age-matched normal pregnancies were collected as study group and control group, respectively. The levels of subtypes of HLA-G protein in both groups were measured by Western blot to study their different expression. Results Compared with their counterparts in the control group, the levels of three subtypes HLA-G1, G5 and HLA-G3 in the study group were significantly decreased. Conclusion The low levels of subtypes HLA-G1, G5 and HLA-G3 in placentas may be related to the etiology of preeclampsia.
