血清肿瘤标记物DR—70用于诊断恶性肿瘤的初步评价

目的：评价血清肿瘤标记物DR－70对恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法：用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法测定20名正常人、15例良性疾病及42例恶性肿瘤患者的血清DR－70含量。结果：恶性肿瘤组与正常组、良性疾病组比较，血清DR－70均值显著升高（均为P＜0．001），良性疾病组与正常组比较无显著差异（P＞0．05）。血清DR－70检测恶性肿瘤的敏感性为83％，特异性为91％，准确性为87％。结论：血清DR－70是一个具有较高应用价值的广谱肿瘤标记物。

Significance of serum DR 70 tumor marker in the diagnosis of malignant tumor

Objective:To evaluate the significance of serum DR 70 in the diagnosis of malignant tumor. Methods: Serum DR 70 level was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 20 healthy controls, 15 patients with benign diseases and 42 patients with malignant tumors. Results:The mean serum DR 70 level was significantly elevated in the patients with malignant tumors compared with the normal controls and the patients with benign diseases (P<0.001,P<0.001). There was no significant difference in serum DR 70 level between the normal controls and the patients with benign diseases (P>0.05). The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and accuracy rates were 83%,91% and 87%, respectively. Conclusion: Serum DR 70 is a valuable tumor marker in the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
