护生实习中师生不和谐因素探讨

摘    要:目的探讨护生实习中师生间存在的问题,为医院及学校提供改进依据,以提高实习效果。方法采用自行设计的问卷对带教老师和实习护生进行问卷调查。结果护生对带教老师反映最多的问题是带教老师不记得护生名字,占28.28%;其次为不做操作示范,占23.23%。带教老师对护生的评价结果显示,护生在临床工作中接手机问题比较明显,占35.48%;其次为工作缺乏热情,占29.03%。结论提高临床实习效果,必须提高带教老师的整体水平,加强护生综合素质的培养。

Abstract:Objective To probe into the problems between nursing students and clinical teachers in clinical practice,so as to provide evidence both for the hospital and school to improve the effect of clinical practice.Method A mutual evaluation survey between the nursing students and clinical teachers were conducted with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The most common problem reflected by the nursing students was that the teachers didn't remember the students' names(28.28%),followed by no operating demonstration...
