护生实习中师生不和谐因素探讨

目的探讨护生实习中师生间存在的问题，为医院及学校提供改进依据，以提高实习效果。方法采用自行设计的问卷对带教老师和实习护生进行问卷调查。结果护生对带教老师反映最多的问题是带教老师不记得护生名字，占28．28％；其次为不做操作示范，占23．23％。带教老师对护生的评价结果显示，护生在临床工作中接手机问题比较明显，占35．48％；其次为工作缺乏热情，占29．03％。结论提高临床实习效果，必须提高带教老师的整体水平，加强护生综合素质的培养。

Discussion on the unharmonious factors between nursing students and clinical teachers in clinical practice
