慢性乙肝病毒携带者领悟社会支持及其相关因素的研究

目的了解慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带者领悟社会支持及其相关因素。方法观察组为来自门诊的慢性HBV携带者,共141人;对照组包括:健康对照组,共138人;住院乙肝病人组,共158人。使用领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对3组人群进行调查。结果慢性HBV携带组、住院乙肝病人组和健康组的家庭内支持、家庭外支持、社会总支持得分分别为(62.62±7.90)分,(39.88±8.44)分,(62.50±13.97)分,(23.64±6.60)分,(41.04±9.70)分,(64.6±13.74)分,(20.77±4.08)分,(40.40±9.18)分,(62.60±12.88)分。3组间除了家庭内支持因子得分有差异(P=0.002)外,3组间社会总支持和家庭外支持得分无差异(P>0.05);家庭内支持高于家庭外支持(P=0.000);职业、家庭经济、携带HBV时间等进入回归方程。结论慢性HBV携带者有一定的领悟社会支持,尤以家庭内支持多于家庭外支持;职业、家庭经济等是影响患者领悟社会支持的因素,为慢性HBV携带者提供家庭外社会支持网络非常重要。

A study of perceived social support and its related social factors in chronic carriers with hepatitis B virus

Objective To describe perceived social support and it's related social factors in chronic carriers with hepatitis B virus(HBV). MethodsThe trial group was 141 cases of chronic carriers with HBV. The matched control groups included: 138 healthy control, and 158 hospitalized cases with chronic B type hepatitis. The three groups were investigated by Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) . ResultsThere was no significant difference in the score of total social support and non-family support among three groups(P>0.05)except the score of family support(P=0.002).The score of family support was higher than that of non-family support in carriers with HBV. Occupation, economical condition and the length of diagnosis of carriers with HBV enter regression equation. ConclusionChronic carriers with HBV had some social support, and the family support was higher than that of non-family support in carriers with HBV. The related factors which affected social support in chronic carriers with HBV included:Occupation, economical condition and the length of diagnosis of carriers with HBV. It is very important to offer social web of non-family support for carriers with HBV.
