游泳对不同蛋白质负荷大鼠蛋白质代谢的影响

摘    要:实验观察了3种蛋白质负荷水平(7%、17%、27%)的Wistar雄性大鼠,游泳后蛋白质代谢情况,结果表明,游泳可降低氮平衡值和骨骼肌氮含量,而血清尿素和氨基酸水平以及肝脏氮含量均增高,表明蛋白质分解代谢增强。游泳对不同蛋白质负荷水平大鼠的影响程度不同,17%组大鼠更有利于抵御高强度游泳引起的蛋白质分解作用,并具有较强的运动耐力。

Abstract:Protein metabolism was observed in wistar male rats fed with a diet containing 7 % , 17% ,and 27 % protein levels respectively after swimming . The results showed that nitrogen balance and gastrocnemius muscle nitrogen content were decreased , but the concentrations. of urea and free amino acids in serum and liver nitrogen content were increased following wimming. It indicated that protein catabolism was accelerated. The degrees of effect of swimming on protein metabolism were different in rats of three groups. The rats of 17% protein group were favourable to inhibit protein catabolism in high intensity exercise and had stronger endurance .
