肾脏囊肿1020例硬化治疗的临床评价

目的　观察硬化剂冲洗治疗在中老年单纯性肾脏囊肿 (肾脏囊肿 )的疗效及预后。方法　在实时超声引导和监视下 ,对肾脏囊肿进行穿刺抽液 ,后用硬化剂冲洗 ;或分次穿刺抽液 ,控制感染 ,后用硬化剂冲洗治疗。结果　 10 2 0例肾脏囊肿一次穿刺成功率 99 2 3% ,总有效率 10 0 % ,1年后治愈率达 83 5 3% ,无一例次严重并发症发生。结论　用硬化剂无水酒精 ,不保留冲洗治疗肾囊肿 ,可有效地促使囊腔闭合 ,无严重毒副反应 ,注入量不足易复发

The clinical observation on the effect of percutaneous sclerotherapy for treating the simple renal cystis

Objective To observe the effect of percutaneous sclerotherapy for treating patients with simple renal cystis(SRC) and their progrosis.Methods Under the continous ultrasound guidance,the SRC was washed with the sclerosant,after it was punctured,liquid was drawed out one time or many times,and in the meantime the infection was controlled.Results Of the 1020 samples,the successful rate of the SRC puncture one time was 99.23%,the total effective rate and the curative rate after one year of the SRC with the sclerotherapy was 100% and 83.53% respectively,and there was no serious complication.Conclusion Our study revealed that the sclersant(alcohol),which was washed out the SRC without reservation,may effectively make the cystis closed,and no serious side effect occur,but if the sclerousant isn't enough,the SRC would easily get recurred.
