| 摘 要： | 〔目的〕了解药物依赖人群中梅毒感染情况,为进一步开展性病监测,减少其危害提供依据。〔方法〕采用快速血清反应素试验(RPR)进行梅毒初筛;采用梅毒螺旋体抗体血凝试验(TPPA)进行确认试验。〔结果〕90例药物依赖者中检出梅毒阳性者6例,感染率为6.67％,明显高于正常体检人群。〔结论〕性病高感染率与药物依赖有明显关系,在出入境人群中应加强对药物依赖者的血清学检测。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To look for the incidence of syphilis infection in drug abusers in order to provide scientific data for harm reduction of STD. [Methods]Screen with RPR, positive results were verified with TPPA. [Results]6 examples of 90 drug abusers were infected with syphilis by RPR and TPPA test and the positive rate were 6.7%, which was higher than health examination group. [Conclusion]Drug abusers are high risk group of syphilis infection, serological surveillance should be carried out strongly in drug abusers of entry - exit group. |
