卵巢癌荷瘤裸鼠~(99m)TcCOC183B_2放射免疫显像结果分析

目的 :研究99mTc标记抗卵巢上皮癌单克隆抗体COC183B2 在荷瘤裸鼠体内的分布 ,并进行放射免疫显像 ,为临床应用提供依据。方法 :COC183B2 用预亚锡法标记后 ,经腹腔注入荷瘤裸鼠体内 ,在 2 4小时进行放射免疫显像 ,并观察裸鼠体内的生物学分布。结果 :与对照组相比 ,标记抗体在肿瘤组织中出现了特异性浓聚。获得清晰的显像 ,T/NT比值在 0 99～ 5 99之间 ,T/B比值为 1 19。结论 :说明COC183B2 可特异地与卵巢癌结合 ,具有导向卵巢癌的作用

Experimental study of radioimmunoimaging on the nude mice bearing human ovarian carcinoma by ~(99m)Tc-COC183B_2

Objective: To provide an evidence for clinical applications,the distribution and radioimmunoimaging of 99m Tc-Labeled anti ovarian carcinoma monoclonal antibody COC183B 2 in tumor bearing nude mice were studied.Methods: The monoclonal antibody COC183B 2 was labeled with 99m Tc and injected intraperitoneally into the tumor-bearing mice.The biodistribution 99m TcCOC 183B 2 and whole body ECT imaging were studied at 24 hours after injection.Results:Radioimaged tumor had been shown clear 24 hours after administration of 99m Tc labeled McAb.The biodistribution of the tumor bearing nude mice demonstrates that as compared with the control group,the intraperitoneal injection the injected labeled antibody has its specific concentration in tumor tissue.T/NT value was 0.99～5.99;T/B value was 1.19.Conclusion:The results demonstrated that McAb COC183B 2 has specifically bind to ovarian carcinoma tissue and may also possess the capability of lcading to human ovarian carcinoma.
