摘    要:目的 观察增殖诱导配体(APRIL)在人膀胱癌组织中的表达.方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测19例复发性膀胱癌、46例无复发性膀胱癌、8例正常膀胱组织中APRIL的表达,比较3组之间的差异及膀胱癌病理分级G1(n=21)、G2(n=21)、G3(n=23)之间的差异.结果 APRIL在复发性膀胱癌、无复发性膀胱癌、正常膀胱组织中阳性表达率分别为94.7%(18/19)、82.6%(38/46)、0(0/8),APRIL在膀胱癌不同病理分级G1级(n=21)、G2级(n=21)、G3级(n=23)中阳性表达率分别为76.2%(16/21)、85.7%(18/21)、95.7%(22/23).APRIL在正常膀胱组织、无复发性膀胱癌、复发性膀胱癌表达依次增强,且各组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).APRIL的阳性细胞表达计分在膀胱癌不同病理分级中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 APRIL蛋白的表达可能与膀胱癌的发生、发展和复发有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression profile of a proliferation-inducing ligand (APRIL) in bladder carcinoma. Methods The SP immunohistochermical method was used to detect the APRIL expression level in 19 cases of bladder carcinoma with recurrence, 46 cases of bladder carcinoma without recurrence, and 8 cases of normal bladder tissues. A comparison was made between recurrence group and non-recurrence group, and among the pathological grades. Results The immunohistochemistry revealed that the positive rate of APRIL in 19 cases of bladder carcinoma with recurrence was 94.7% (18/ 19) , 82. 6% (38/46) in 46 cases of bladder carcinoma without recurrence, and 0 (0/8) in 8 cases of normal bladder tissues, among the pathological grades, G1, G2, G3, respectively was 76. 2% (16/21), 85.7% (18/21), 95. 7% (22/23). The positive rate and the score of staining intensity of APRIL in normal bladder tissues, tissues of bladder carcinoma without recurrence, and tissues of bladder carcinoma with recurrence were gradually increased (P<0.05). The difference among the pathological grades had significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion These findings suggest that the APRIL expression could be a valuable prognostic marker for tumor occurrence, development and recurrence in bladder carcinoma.
