| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血浆内皮素(ET)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-a)在糖尿病发生、发展过程中的变化。方法用放射免疫分析法检测84例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者及42例健康体检者ET、IL-6、TNF-a水平。结果Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血浆ET、IL-6、TNF-a明显高于正常对照组(p<0.01),有合并症患者ET、TNF-a明显高于单纯糖尿病患者(P<0.05);三种细胞因子间浓度呈正相关(p<0.01)。结论ET、IL-6、TNF-a在糖尿病的发生、发展过程中相互作用,观察其浓度变化对探讨糖尿病的发病机理、预防及指导用药均有重要价值。
