经桡动脉介入治疗外周血管严重并发症及处理

经桡动脉介入治疗是近年新开展的介入路径,与股动脉径路相比因并发症少、术后不必长时间卧床,越来越受到患者的青睐。但仍会有一些严重并发症的发生,如桡动脉痉挛是影响手术能否成功的重要因素;骨筋膜室间隔综合征是可能致肌肉与神经干进行性缺血、坏死的严重并发症;桡动脉闭塞的发生率为2%～10%,如尺桡动脉间侧循支环良好,即使发生此种情况也不会产生严重临床症状。现对其相关危险易患因素、临床表现及预防措施及处理方法进行综述。
