| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性脑肿瘤术后化疗患者焦虑情绪的相关因素，旨在为健康教育护理对策提供参考依据。方法采用调查问卷的方法，对我院72例恶性脑肿瘤术后化疗患者进行问卷调查，采用Zung焦虑自评量表（self-rating anxiety scale，SAS）和汉密顿焦虑量表（Hamilton anxiety scale，HAMA评定量表进行评分，对不同年龄、性别、文化程度和脑肿瘤恶性程度的患者进行统计学分析。结果大多数的恶性脑肿瘤化疗患者存在明显的焦虑情绪。不同性别、文化程度、肿瘤恶性程度的患者SAS评分比较有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；不同年龄患者的SAS评分结果差异无统计学意义（F=0．0898，P〉0．05）。结论恶性脑肿瘤患者存在明显的焦虑情绪，其焦虑程度与患者的性别、文化程度及肿瘤恶性程度密切相关，对患者及家属进行针对性的护理，可有效地减轻患者的焦虑情绪，提高生存质量。
