| 摘 要： | 采用端粒酶重复扩增（TRAP）－微孔板杂交法，对10例正常膀胱组织、6例膀胱炎症组织、45 膀胱癌组织和癌旁组织进行端粒酶活性测定。结果表明，正常膀胱组织无端粒酶活性，1例膀胱炎症组织端粒酶活性阳性。膀胱癌嘀 酶活性阳性率86．2％，癌旁组织阳性率为26．7％。端粒酶活性与膀胱癌分期级呈正相关，认为端粒酶活性与膀胱癌浸润发展密切相关，癌旁组织端粒酶活化提示肿瘤微浸润可能。

| Abstract: | Using a telomerase activity PCR-microbore plate hybridization assay,we examined telomerase activity in 10 normal bladder tissues,6 bladder infection tissues,45 bladder cancer tissues and 45 adjacent noncancerous bladder tissues,none of the normal bladder tissues exhibited telomerase activity,1 of the 6 bladder infection tissues revealed telomerase activity.39 of the 45(86.7%) bladder cancer tissues revealed telomerase activity.In the adjacent normal tissues taken from the bladder cancer,12 of the 45(26.7%) were telomerase positive.The telomerase is more frequently activated in advance,not well differentiation bladder tumors.The result indicates:telomertase activity has strong relationship with the invasion and development of bladder cancer. |
