输卵管妊娠中输卵管上皮细胞的凋亡

目的观察输卵管妊娠输卵管上皮细胞凋亡的情况。方法30例既往月经规律、妊娠囊尚未破裂的输卵管妊娠患者。取材均包括输卵管妊娠受精卵种植部位和非种植部位的输卵管标本。经HE染色进行组织学观察确定种植部位，采用原位末端标记法（TUNEL）检测输卵管妊娠种植部位和非种植部位输卵管上皮细胞凋亡情况。结果输卵管妊娠种植部位的输卵管黏膜上皮细胞凋亡（71．13±19．89）％显著多于非种植部位的输卵管黏膜上皮细胞凋亡（4．96±1．57）％（P〈0．01）。结论输卵管上皮细胞凋亡过程可能是人类输卵管妊娠发生中胚泡植入输卵管上皮的机制之一。

Apoptosis of tubal epithelium during ectopic pregnancy

Objective： To investigate the cell apoptosis in tubal epithelium of ectopic pregnancy. Methods： Samples were collected from 30 women who underwent salpingectomy for tubal pregnancy. These women had nonruptured ectopic pregnancy in the fallopian tube and a history of regular menstrual cycles. The collected specimens were divided into 2 groups： implantation site group （n=30） and nonim- plantation site group （n=30）. The histology and cell apoptosis in tubal epithelium of tubal pregnancy were determined by HE staining and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated （TUNEL） methods respectively. Results： The apoptosis of tubal epithelial cells in implantation site （71.13 ± 19.89）%] was significantly more than that in nonimplantation site （4.96±1.57）%] in 30 tubal pregnancies （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： These results suggested that cell apoptosis in tubal epithelium could be one of the possible mechanisms on implantation in tubal pregnancy.
