| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原（CEA）和细胞角蛋白19片断抗原21-1（CYFRA21-1）联检在非小细胞肺癌中的诊断价值。方法：应用电化学发光法测定56例肺癌患者和45例肺良性病变（BLD）患者血清CEA和CYFRA21-1水平。结果：肺癌组CEA和CYFRA21-1水平明显高于肺良性病变组（P〈0．05）。CEA和CYFRA21-1在肺癌中的阳性率分别是55．35％（31／56）和64．28％（36／56）。两者联检对肺癌的敏感性为85．71％（48／56）。其中CEA在肺腺癌的敏感性为58．06％（18／31），CYFRA21-1对肺鳞癌的敏感性为68．00％（17／25）。结论：检测血清CEA和CYFRA21-1对非小细胞肺癌诊断有价值，联检CEA和CYFRA21-1可提高肺癌的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of combined determination of serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and cytokeration 19 fragment antigen(CYFRA21-1) levels for diagnosis of NSCLC.Methods The levels of CEA and CYFRA21-1 were measured with ECLIA in 56 patients with NSCLC and 45 patients with benign lung diseases(BLD).Results The serum levels of CEA and CYFRA21-1 in NSCLC patients were significantly higher than those in BLD patients(P<0.05).The positive rate of CEA and CYFRA21-1 in NSCLC patients were 55.35%(31/56) and 64.28%(36/56) respectively.The positive rate of combined detection in NSCLC patients was 85.71% (48/56).The positive rate of CEA in adenocarcinoma was 58.06%(18/31).The positive rate of CYFRA21-1 in squamous cell carcinoma was 68.00%(17/25).Conclusion Detection of serum levels of CEA and CYFRA21-1 were clinically useful for dragnosis of lung cancer,especially with combined determinations. |
