木香种子质量分级标准的研究

摘    要:目的:制定木香种子的质量分级标准.方法:对来自不同地方的37份木香成熟种子进行净度、千粒重、含水量、发芽率、发芽势等指标的测定和外观形态的观察,使用SPSS统计软件,通过聚类分析制定木香种子的质量分级标准.结果:木香种子质量被分为3个等级.Ⅰ级木香种子的净度不低于99%,发芽率不低于85%,千粒重不低于26.0 g,含水量不高于8.8%;Ⅱ级木香种子的净度不低于98%,发芽率不低于70%,千粒重不低于23.8 g,含水量不高于10.0%;Ⅲ级木香的净度不低于96%,发芽率不低于50%,千粒重不低于23.0 g,含水量不高于11%.结论:此方法制定出的木香种子质量分级标准适用于木香种子生产的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a quality classification standard for Aucklandia lappa.Method: Seed purity,1 000-grain weight,germination rate,water content of 37 seed samples from different areas were measured,and seed external characters were observed.The cluster analysis was applied for establishment of the primary quality classification standard of A.lappa seed.Result: The seed quality grading of A.lappa was described as three grades.The seed quality of each grade should reach following requirements: for first grade seeds,seed germination rate≥85%,purity≥99%,1 000-grain weight≥26.0 g,water content≤8.8%;for second grade seeds,seed germination rate≥70%,purity≥98%,1 000-grain weight≥23.8 g,water content≤10%;for third grade seeds,seed germination rate≥50%,purity≥96%,1 000-grain weight≥23.0 g,water content≤11%.Conclusion: This quality classification standard of A.lappa can be used as the quality control standard of A.lappa.
