| 摘 要： | 人际关系问题是人们社会生活中的重要内容之一 ,人际关系状况与人们的心理健康密切相关[1] 。以往曾有用人际心理治疗的方法治疗社交焦虑障碍以及在大学生中进行人际关系训练的报道[2 - 4] 。近几年我们也做了一些尝试 ,运用较系统的认知调整、情绪调整和提高交往沟通技巧的综合心理治疗方法 ,对有社交困难的青年学生进行干预和训练 ,取得了一定的效果。1 对象与方法1.1 研究对象所有研究对象来源于 1998.1- 2 0 0 1.9到我院心理科咨询的在校学生 ,主要咨询问题是人际交往困难 ,共 116人 ,全部愿意通过心理咨询及治疗的方法来调整和解决人…

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of psychotherapy on interpersonal difficulty. Methods: 79 students with social difficulty were treated by individual psychotherapy for 8 weeks. All the clients were assessed by Texas Social Behavior Inventory (TSBI), Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale(FNES),State Versus Trait Loneliness Scales(STLS). Results:After psychotherapy of 8 weeks,the average score of TSBI was increased ( t =2.92, p <0.05),and the average score of FNES was decreased ( t =2.29, p <0.05),and the average score of STLS was decreased ( t =2.94, p <0.05).Conclusion: The comprehensive psychotherapy which include cognitive adjustment, emotional adjustmeent and social behavior training has significant effects on interpersonal difficuty.
