慢性肺心病患者血中性激素浓度的初步观察

本文通过61例慢性肺心病患者急性发作期血清LH、FSH和血浆T、E_2浓度检测,并与37例年龄相仿的正常健康者对照分析,发现急性发作期男性患者血装T值明显降低(P<0.01),E_2/T比值显著升高(P<0.01),而女性患者则恰恰相反,血清LH、FSH水平在两性与正常参照组均无显著差异(P>0.05);缓解期男性患者血浆T值显著回升(P<0.01),E_2/T比值明显下降(P<0.01),两者均接近正常参照组的血浆T值和E_2/T比值,结果表明慢性肺心患者急性发作期存在明显的性激素紊乱,缓解期逐步获得改善。

THE PRELIMIARY OBSERVATION OF BLOOD SEX HORMONE CONCENTRATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH ACUTE ATTACK OF CHRONIC COR PULMONALE

In order to study the change of blood sex hormones in pa- tients with chronic cor pulmonale, serum luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle- stimulating hormone (FSH), and plasma testosterone (T), estradiol (E_2) were detected in 61 patients with acute attack of chronic cor pulmonale and in 37 healthy subjects serving as the control, The results showed that during acute attack of chronic cor pulmonale, the male patients had significantly low T values(p<0. 01) and a high E_2/T ratio (p<0. 01) as compared with the control, exactly the reverse in female pafients, but there was not significant difference in serum LH and FSH levels between the patients and the controls; at the remission stage of male patients in chronic cor pulmonale, plasma T values rose significantly (p<0. 01), and E_2/T ratio decreased greatly (p<0. 01). These results indicate that there is significant sex hormone disorder in patients with acute attack of chronic cot plumonale and that this disorder is gradually improved at the remission stage.
