通管汤配合热敷法治疗输卵管阻塞疗效观察

目的：观察通管汤酪舍热敷法治疗输卵管阻塞的疗效。方法：治疗组口服通管汤另加化坚散热敷小腹，每日1次，对照组静滴青霉素800万，甲硝唑250ml，每日1次。两组均以30d为1疗程，3疗程后统计疗效。结果：治疗组90例，治愈64例，好转23例，无效3例，有效率为96．67％；对照组30例，治愈10例，好转12例，无效8例，有效率为73．33％。结论：通管汤加外敷化坚散疗效显著。

Tongguan Decoction plus Hot Compress in Treating Obstruction of Fallopian Tube: Observation of 90 Cases

Objective: To observe the effect of Tongguan Decoction plus hot compress on obstruction of fallopian tube. Method: The patients in the treatment group were given Tongguan Decoction orally and hot compress with Huajian Powder on the lower abdomens once daily. The patients in the control group were administered Penicillin 8 000 000 by intravenous drip and 250ml of metronidazole, once a day. One course consisted of 30 days for both groups and 3 courses later the effects were measured. Result: Of 90 patients in the treatment group, there were 64 cases of complete cure, 23 cases of improvement and 3 cases with no effect, the total effective rate being 96.67%. Of 30 patients, there were 10 cases of complete cure, 12 cases of improvement and 8 cases with no effect, the total effective rate being 73.33%. Conclusion: Tongguan Decoction plus external compress with Huajian Powder is markedly effective.
