血液透析相关性低血压患者的护理

目的分析血液透析相关性低血压的原因,提出护理措施。方法密切观察透析过程,认真分析血液透析过程中相关性低血压的多种因素。采用静脉滴注高渗溶液,提高透析液钠浓度,减慢透析脱水速度等措施纠正透析相关性低血压;采用控制脱水速度,低温透析,合理使用药物,改变透析模式;健康教育等方法预防透析相关性低血压。结果血透相关性低血压原因多样,症状因人而异,采取有效护理措施,无1例死亡。结论根据不同的人及不同时期的具体情况采取不同的预防措施,能有效降低透析相关低血压的发生率,提高透析患者的长期存活率和存活患者的生活质量。

The Nursing of Patients with Hemodialysis-related Hypotension

Objective To analyzed the hemodialysis-related hypotension,we proposed nursing care.Close Method To observe the course of dialysis,a careful analysis of hemodialysis-related hypotension during a variety of factors.Intravenous infusion of hypertonic solution,raising dialysate sodium concentration,slow down the rate of dialysis and other measures to correct dehydration dialysis hypotension;the use of controlled dehydration rate,low temperature dialysis,the rational use of drugs,change the mode of dialysis;health education methods to prevent dialysis related hypotension.Results Varied causes of hemodialysis-related hypotension,symptoms vary,and take effective care measures,not one case of death.Conclusion According to different people and different times of the specific conditions of different preventive measures,can effectively reduce the incidence of dialysis-related hypotension and improve the long-term survival of dialysis patients and the survival of patients quality of life.
