| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions ofCDl33 in ovarian serous tumours and its cIinicopathological significance.Methods The expressions of CDl33 was detected in 100 cases of ovarian serous tumours tissue by Envision immunohistochemical staining.Results Positive ratio of CDl33 in tissue of benign serous tumours,serous borderline tumours,serous adenocarcinoma was 0%,26.1% and 69.6% respectively,The expressions of CDl33 in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma was significancant higher than that in ovarian benign serous tumours,serous borderline tumours(P<0.05).The expressions of CDl33 was correlated with pathological grades,the clinical stages(P<0.05).There was no significant relation between the expressions of CDl33 and Clinicopathological features such as age,residual tumor(P>0.05).Conclusion Expression of CD133 is an important factor influencing the biological behavior of ovarian serous tumours,and play a role in the progress of ovarian serous tumours. |
