摘    要:目的:依据药理学相关理论,设计并合成一种新型阿魏酸NO供体衍生物.方法:以阿魏酸为原料,经过羧基的酯化,溴化物取代以及硝化反应,合成阿魏酸NO供体衍生物.结果:共得到两个目标产物,分别是4-硝酸酯丙氧基-3-甲氧基苯丙烯酸甲酯和4-硝酸酯丁氧基-3-甲氧基苯丙烯酸甲酯,结构经1H NMR和质谱进行了确证.结论:首次合成...

Abstract:Objective To design and synthesize new ferulic acid derivatives coupled to NO donors based on the related theory of pharmacology.Methods Derivatives coupled to NO donors was synthesized from ferulic acid by esterification,bromination and nitrification.Results Two target products were prepared.They are 4-nitratepropoxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid methyl and 4-nitratebutoxy-3-methoxycinnamic acid methyl,which structures were authenticated by 1HNMR and MS.Conclusion A serious of new ferulic acid derivatives coupled to NO donors were prepared for the first time.
