江门市某医院2008年职工预防性体检结果分析

目的分析江门市某医院职工预防性体检结果，有针对性地对医院职工进行行为干预。方法对医院职工的体检项目分5个年龄段进行回顾性分析，制成表格。计算患病构成比。结果医院职工体检全部正常者155人，占23．23％。患病者539人，占77．67％。加岁以上男（女），患病前5位疾病是高血脂症、脂肪肝、肾脏疾病（主动脉硬化）、血尿酸高（心电图异常）、前列腺增生（血尿蛋白尿）。结论应建立医院职工健康档案，倡导科学的生活方式，杜绝不良嗜好，有效地锻炼身体，调节生活和工作压力，保持积极乐观的心态。

Results Analysis of Preventive Examination on Staff of A Hospital in Jiangmen City

Objective ] To analyze the results of preventive examination on staff of a hospital in Jiangmen City, and carry out behavioral intervention. Methods]The physical examination data were retrospectively analyzed in 5 age groups. The results were filled in forms and calculated Ill constituent ratio. Results] 155 workers＇examination results were normal, accounting for 23.23% ; 539 were detected illnesses, accounting for 77.67%. The first 5 diseases for male （ female） workers over 40 years old were hyperlipidemia, fatty hver, kidney disease （primary atherosclerosis）, high blood uric acid （ abnormal ECG）, benign prostatic hyperplasia （hematuria and proteinuria）. Conclusion ] It is necessary to estabhsh workers＇ health records, to advocate scientific life style, to eliminate bad habits, to effective exercise, to regulate the life and work pressure, and to maintain a positive and optimistic frame of mind.
