保定市区银杏叶一年中氰化物含量的变化趋势

目的研究保定市区新鲜银杏叶中氰化物含量的变化趋势,指导居民科学使用。方法采用巴比妥酸—异烟酸比色法测定生成的总氢氰酸,用来代表银杏叶中氰甙含量。结果保定市区银杏叶中氰化物含量为93.2～106.6mg/kg之间。5月份含量最低,以后逐月增高,9-11月份达到最高;古树和幼年小树叶中氰化物含量差别不大。结论新鲜银杏叶不可直接食用,以免发生中毒。

Annual Variation Tendency of Cyanide Content in Ginkgo Leaves in Urban Baoding
