肛周脓肿脓液菌群分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:为探讨肛周脓肿脓液菌群分布和对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,对53例肛周脓肿患者的脓液进行细菌培养及药敏试验。结果显示,本组24例(45.3%)未培养出细菌;29例(54.7%)培养出细菌,其中大肠埃希菌18例(62.1%),肺炎克雷伯菌5例(17.2%)。大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢吡肟的敏感性最高(100%);对氨苄西林、复方新诺明耐药性最高(耐药率分别为88.9%和66.7%)。结果表明,肛周脓肿病菌以大肠埃希菌为主,对常用抗菌药物耐药率高。

Abstract:Abstract By using the bacterial culture and antibacterial drug-sensibility test this study was to investigate the bacterial flora distribution and drug-resistance of pus from perianal abscess of 53 patients.As results,a- mong 53 cases 24 showed negative bacterial culture results(account for 45.3%) ,29 showed positive one(at-count for 54.7%) included E. coli in 18 cases(62.1%), Klebsiella pneumoniae in 5 cases(17.2%).The sensibility of E. Coli to imipenem,meropenem and cefepime was the most (100%),but to ampicillin and compound sinomin, its drug-resistance was the most (the rate, 88.9%,66.7%, respectively). Results show that among the bacteria from perianal abscess, E. Coli is predominant,has the high rate to common anti- bacterial drugs.
