综合疗法防治肛门病术后疼痛的临床研究

为探讨采用综合疗法防治肛门病术后疼痛的临床效果，将于我科拟行手术治疗的80例肛门病（肛裂、肛周脓肿、肛瘘及混合痔）患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，治疗组采用综合疗法防治术后疼痛，对照组采用单纯药物止痛。对比两组患者术后疼痛情况及满意度。结果显示，治疗组患者术后24h内、首次排便时、换药时的疼痛情况明显优于对照组，P〈0．05；且患者满意度明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，采用综合疗法防治肛门病术后疼痛效果满意。

Clinical Study on the Combined Therapy for Preventing ＆ Treating Postoperative Pain of Anal Disease Pa- tients

In order to investigate the clinical effect of the combined therapy in prevention ＆ treatment of patient＇s pain after surgery for anal disease, author＇s department randomly divided 80 patients with anal dis- eases （anal fissure,perianal abscess and mixed hemorrhoids） to be subjected to surgery into two groups： treatment group and control one, n =40,for each group, gave the combined therapy to treatment group, while alone obtundents to control＇s;then compared both groups＂ postoperative pain situation and their satis factory degree.As results,at 24h after operation, the first time of defecation,and dressing exchange the pain situation of treatment group were all better and the satisfactory degree also higher than that of control group（ P〈0.05）.Results show that this combined therapy has obtained satisfactory outcome in prevention treatment of postoperative pain of anal disease patients.
