肛瘘术后应用消炎拔毒膏换药的疗效观察

为观察消炎拔毒膏换药对肛瘘术后的临床疗效，将200例低位肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例，均采用低位肛瘘切开引流术治疗。治疗组术后采用消炎拔毒膏油纱条填塞换药治疗，对照组术后采用雷氟洛尔纱条填塞换药治疗，观察1周后创面疼痛及红肿程度、脓性分泌物多少及创面肉芽组织生长情况。结果显示，治疗组有效率为99％，对照组有效率为80％，治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结果表明，肛瘘术后应用消炎拔毒膏换药疗效显著。

Postoperative Dressing Change with Xiaoyan Badu Ointment for Anal Fistula

In order to observe the clinical efficacy of postoperative dressing change with Xiaoyan Badu oint- ment for anal fistula, 200 cases of low anal fistula were randomized into treatment group and control group,100 cases for each group. Both groups underwent incision and drainage. Treatment group received postoperative packing dressing change with Xiaoyan Badu ointment gauze strip, while control group with ethacridine lactate gauze strip.Both groups were observed for wound pain, swelling, purulent secretions and granulation growth one week later. The results showed treatment group was superior to control group in total effective rate（99% vs 80%, P〈0.05）.It is concluded that postoperative dressing change with Xiaoy- an Badu ointment is obviously effective for anal fistula.
