三白灌肠液保留灌肠治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

为探讨三白灌肠液保留灌肠治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎（UC）的临床疗效，将300例大肠湿热型UC患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各150例，治疗组应用三白灌肠液保留灌肠，对照组将美沙拉嗪制成溶液保留灌肠，对比两组患者临床总体疗效和肠黏膜镜下表现积分。结果显示，两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义，P〉0．05；但治疗组完全缓解率明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗组治疗后肠黏膜镜下表现积分明显低于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，三白灌肠液保留灌肠治疗大肠湿热型UC疗效满意，无不良反应，值得临床应用。

Retention Enema with Sanbai Enema Solution in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis of Large Intestinal Damp- heat Type

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Sanbai enema solution for the treatment ulcerative colitis（UC） of damp-heat type of large intestine,and randomly ses of this disease into treatment group and control one, n retention enema in divided the 300 ca 150,for each group;gave Sanbai enema solu tion to treatment group,while Mesalazine solution to control group;then compared the whole effects and the score about intestinal mucosa finding by coloscopy between both groups. As results, in total effective rate there was no statistical difference between both groups（ P 〉0.05）,but the complete remission rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （ P〈0.05）;the socre about coloscopy showed intestinal mucosa finding in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that Sanbai enema solution for retention enema in the treatment UC of damp-heat type of large intestine has satisfactory effect without clinically. any adverse reaction, therefore is worthy to be used
