侧方部分内括约肌切断术治疗环状混合痔术后疼痛效果观察

为观察侧方部分内括约肌切断术对缓解环状混合痔术后疼痛的临床效果，将60例环状混合痔患肯随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。治疗组采用外剥内扎加侧方部分内括约肌切断术治疗，对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗。脱察两组患者术后3h及术后第一次排便时的疼痛情况，创缘水肿情况及创面愈合时间。结果显示，治疗组在缓解术后3h及术后第一次排便时的疼痛、减少创缘水肿及缩短创面愈合时间方面与对照组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果表叫，外剥内扎加侧方部分内括约肌切断术能显著缓解环状混合痔术后疼痛及减少相关并发症，疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on Partial Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy for Postoperative Pain in Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of partial lateral internal sphincterotomy for post operative pain in circumferential mixed hemorrhoids patients, 60 cases of circumferential mixed hemor rhoids were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases for each group. Treatment group underwent external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus partial lateral internal sphincterotomy, while control group received external dissection ＆ internal ligation.Both groups were observed for pain 3 hours after operation and the first bowel movement, wound edge edema and wound healing time. The results showed that treatment group was significantly different from control group in relieving the pain of the first bowel movement 3 hours after operation, reducing wound edge edema, shortening wound healing time（ P 〈0.05）.It is concluded that external dissection ＆ internal ligation plus partial lateral internal sphincteroto my can significantly and effectively reduce postoperative pain in circumferential mixed hemorrhoids pa tients and relevant complications and it has certain effects.
