穴位艾灸后中药保留灌肠对药液在肠道内保留时间的影响

为探讨穴位艾灸后中药保留灌肠对药液在肠道内保留时间的影响，将拟采用愈肠灵灌肠液保留灌肠治疗的80例脾虚兼湿热型泄泻患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，治疗组穴位艾灸治疗后30min保留灌肠，对照组直接行保留灌肠，每天1次，l0d为一疗程。对比观察两组患者治疗第3、7、10天保留灌肠时药液在肠道内保留时间，以及患者临床疗效。结果显示，治疗组治疗第3、7、10天药液在肠道内保留时间明显长于对照组，P〈0．05。治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组，P〈0．05。结果表明，穴位艾灸后中药保留灌肠可明显延长药液在肠道内保留时间，有利于药液的吸收，从而提高疗效。

Influence of Chinese Medicine Retention Enema Following Moxibustion with Moxa Roll on the Retention Time of Drug Solution within Intestinal Tract

In order to investigate the influence of Chinese medicine retention enema following moxibustion with moxa roll on the retention time of drug solution within intestinal tract, author＇s department randomly divided 80 patients with spleen deficiency-damp heat type chronic diarrhea to be received retention enema with Yuchangling enema solution into treatment group and control group, n = 40, for each group; in the former, retention enema at 30 rain after moxibustion, while in control group, alone retention enema;1 time/ day,for 10 days.Then,the retention status of drug solution on the 3rd,7th,10th day,and clinical effect of both groups were compared. As results, the retention time of drug solution within intestinal tract on the 3rd,Tth,10th day in treatment group was significantly longer than that in control group（ P 〈0.05）,and clinical effect of treatment group was significantly superior to control group（ 〈0.05）.Results show that enema after moxibustion can significantly prolong the retention time of drug solution within intestinal tract so that helpful drug solution to be absorbed,thus therapeutic effect lifted.
