音乐干预在冠状动脉搭桥术后患者脱机过程中的应用效果研究

目的 观察音乐对机械通气患者脱离呼吸机过程中焦虑程度、疼痛程度、脱机时间及生命体征的影响。方法 将60例冠状动脉搭桥术后机械通气准备脱机患者随机分为音乐干预组（n=30）与对照组（n=30）。脱机过程前后记录患者的生命体征，记录脱机时间，脱机后，帮助患者回顾性填写中国人状态特性焦虑量表及使用标准疼痛尺填写疼痛数值。结果 与对照组相比，音乐组焦虑较低（p=0．00）、疼痛得分也较低（p=0．00），而脱离呼吸机时间（p=0．010）较短。对于生理指标——心率、收缩压均有所下降；呼吸频率、血氧饱和度、潮气量、动态肺顺应性前后变化数值均在正常范围内，但差异无统计学意义（p〉0．05）。结论 对机械通气患者脱机过程中采取音乐干预可以有效减轻焦虑及疼痛，并且明显缩短脱机时间，并有助于维持生理状态平稳。

The Effect of Music on Intubated Patients Received CABG During Weaning from Mechanical Ventilation

Objectives ：To evaluate the effect of music on intubated patients during weaning from mechanical ventilation.Methods： Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups：music group （n=30） and non-music group （n=30）.Music was used on experimental group patients during weaning.Physiological signs heart rate;systolic blood pressure;respiratory rate;degree of blood oxygen saturation;tidal volume;Lung Compliance dynamic were recorded at the beginning and ending.The level of pain and anxiety were collected.The weaning time was also recorded.Results： Music didn＇t do much on Physiological signs（p〉0.05） but decreased the level of pain（p=0.00）and anxiety（p=0.00）.Besides that,music shortened the time of weaning （p=0.010）.Conclusions：Music used on patients weaning from mechanical ventilation can alleviate pain and anxiety and conduce to shorten the time of weaning. It can also make the condition stable.
