摘    要:目的研究SATB1在人前列腺癌(Pca)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法应用组织微阵列技术结合免疫组化方法检测58例Pca标本和17例良性前列腺增生(BPH)对照组织标本中SATB1的表达状况,并分析其临床病理意义。结果 Pca组织中SATB1表达率为75.9%(44/58),与BPH组织表达率17.6%(3/17)相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。SATB1在Pca组织中的表达随病理分级、临床分期增加而增强(P〈0.05),与病理分化程度呈负相关(P〈0.01)、与临床分期呈正相关(P〈0.01)。结论检测SATB1的表达有助于对Pca病理分级、临床分期和预后进行判断。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of SATB1 protein and its clinical significance in human prostate cancer(Pca).Methods The expression of SATB1 in 58 cases of Pca and 17 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) samples was detected by using tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry methods,then to analyze the relationship between SATB1 expression with clinicopathological factors.Results The expression ratio of SATB1 protein was increased in Pca tissues(75.9%) compared to BPH tissues(17.6%)(P〈0.01).The expression of SATB1 in Pca group increased following the increase of pathological grade and clinical stage(P〈0.05).SATB1 expression had negative correlation with pathological grades(P〈0.01),positive correlation with clinical grades(P〈0.01).Conclusion Analysis of SATB1 expression in Pca was useful to estimate the pathological grade and clinical stage.
