摘    要:目的 比较超声自然组织谐频成像(NTHI)、基频成像(FI)及CT对液本内低密度微小物检出能力的敏感性,分析NTHI、FI及CT在临床判断液体物理性状的准确性。方法 测定纯净水及0.1%至2.0%不同浓度淀粉悬液的NTHI及FI的视频信号灰阶值及CT值,对12例经手术或穿刺证实的液性病变进行NTHI、FI及CT的对比分析。结果 纯净水及不同浓度淀粉悬液的CT值曲线平坦,最大上升幅度2.7Hu,NTHI灰阶值与FI灰阶值曲线形态相近,由快速上升,缓慢上升支及平台组成,NTHI灰阶值上升幅度(146.11)大于FI灰阶值上升幅度(58.37),12例临床资料,NTHI及FI均提示液体粘稠或液体内有较多或大量细小点状回声,NTHI均较FI显示更为清楚,全部与手术或穿刺结果相符,CT均未对液体的物理性状做出评价。结论 对判断液体内是否存在低密度微小物即液体是否粘稠的敏感性及准确性:NTHI优于FI,NTHI及FI均优于CT。

Abstract:Purpose To comparatively analyse the sensitivity in detecting low density fine particles of liquid among ultrasonic native tissue harmonic imaging( NTHI) ,fundamental imaging(FI) and computer tomography( CT) and the accuracy of liquid physical properties in clinic. Methods To determin the NTHI and FI video signal gray scale values and CT values of pure water and 0.1% to 2.0% various concentraion of amylum suspension. We comparatively analysed 12 cases of liquid lesion verified by operation and puncture. Results CT values curve of pure water and various concentration of amylum suspension was smooth. The largest ascending extent was 2. 7Hu. The curve shpae of NTHI gray scale values was similar to that of FI. It consisted of rapid ascending branch^ slow ascending branch and plateau. The ascending extent of NTHI gray scale value (146.11) waw larger than that of FI(58.37) .Clinical data of 12 cases ,NTHI and FI suggested sticky liquid or large amount of trivial punctate echo and the imaging of NTHI was clearer than that of FI, which were in accordance with the results of operation and puncture. CT failed to evaluate the liquid physical properties . Conclusion the sensitivity and accuracy of NTHI in detecting low density fine particles of liquid or whether the liquid being sticky is superior to that of FI, both NTHI and FI are superior to that of CT.
