柴胡止血液对置含铜节育器大鼠子宫组织基质金属蛋白酶-9和金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-1及内皮素和一氧化氮的影响

摘    要:目的:研究柴胡止血液治疗宫内节育器所致子宫出血副反应的作用机制。方法:观察柴胡止血液对置含铜节育器(Cu-IUD)大鼠子宫局部组织基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMPs-9)和金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-1(TIMP-1)表达、内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)活性的影响。结果:柴胡止血液能降低置Cu-IUD大鼠子宫局部组织MMPs-9的表达,增加TIMP-1的表达;降低ET的活性,增强NO的活性。结论:柴胡止血液可通过调节MMPs-9/TIMP-1、ET/NO的平衡,从而调节置IUD子宫内膜血管舒缩功能,促进置器子宫内膜组织的修复,起到治疗IUD所致子宫出血副反应的效果。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the treatment of Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid for uterine hemorrhage as a result of inserting intrauterine device. Methods: The effect of Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid on expression of matrix metalloproteinase - 9 ( MMPs - 9 ) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase - 1 ( TIMP - 1 ) , con-tents of endothelins(ET) and nitrogen monoxide (NO) were observed in the rats uterus with inserted Cu -IUD. Results: The expression of MMPs - 9 and content of ET were decreased and the expression of TIMP -1 and content of NO were increased by Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid. Conclusion: Chaihu hemostatic oral liquid could regulate the endometrial vasoconstriction and promote endometrial tissue by balancing MMPs -9/TIMP - 1 and ET/NO to treat uterine.
