| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胆石症患者动态心电图异常的发生机制。方法:对不同年龄不同基础疾病的325例胆囊结石患者24 h动态心电图结合临床进行对比分析。结果:胆囊结石患者心律失常及ST-T异常的发生率:合并心血管疾病组高于无心血管疾病组(P<0.05);合并心血管疾病的老年组高于中年组、中年组高于青年组(P<0.05)。结论:合并心脏疾患的老年胆石症患者心律失常及ST-T异常的发生率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the mechanism of abnormal dynamic electrocardiography of patients with gallbladder stones.Methods: Clinical features and dynamic electrocardiography during 24 h were analyzed for 325 patients with gallbladder stones in different age and different basic disease.Results: The incidence rate of arrhythmias and abnormal ST-T: Those of cardiovascular disease group were higher than those of non-cardiovascular disease group(P<0.05);those of the elder with cardiovascular disease group were higher than those of middle age with cardiovascular disease group(P<0.05);and those of the middle age group were higher than those of the youth group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The incidence rate of arrhythmias and abnormal ST-T are higher in elder patients with gallbladder stone and cardiovascular disease. |
