| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨健康教育对精神分裂症患者自知力及服药依从性的影响。方法 将86例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究 组43例和对照组43例。研究组在药物治疗的基础上给予健康教育干预,对照组单用药物治疗。两组在入院1w内和出院时 采用简明精神病评定量表、自知力与治疗态度问卷及服药依从性进行评定和对比分析。结果 入院时两组简明精神病评定量 表、自知力与治疗态度问卷评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),出院时差异有极显著性(P<0.01);两组入院1w内服药依从性比 较差异无显著性(P>0.05),入院6w后研究组服药依从性明显优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 对精神分裂症 患者不同阶段进行有效的健康教育,可以不同程度地提高患者的服药依从性和自知力。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of health-education on insight and treatment compliance in schizophrenics. Methods 86 schizophrenics were randomly divided into health-education(health-education combining with clozapine) and control groups(single clozapine). Insights and treatment compliance were assessed with the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS) and Insight and Treatment Attitude Questionnaire(ITAQ) in 1 st week of admission. Results At admission, there were no significant differences in the scores of the BPRS and ITAQ(P>0.05) and the compliance(P>0.05) between the 2 groups, and best significant difference in the scores at discharge (P<0.01) and in the compliance after 6week of admission(P< 0.05). Conclusion Effective health-education on various phase can improve compliance and insight in different degree. |
