| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨30种常用植物药的统一鉴别方法.方法:采用多薄层、多展开剂、多显色剂联用的薄层色谱法.结果:每种植物药醇浸出液的鉴别试验显示有其特定的薄层色谱斑点Rf值.结论:该方法简便,专一性强,有实用价值. |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the standards of qualitative identification for 30 plant drugs. METHODS The thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used in combination of multi-thin layers, developing agents and visualizing agents. RESULTS The alcohol extract of each plant drug showed special TLC spot and R f value. CONCLUSION The method is simple and specific. |
