轮状病毒疫苗在防治小儿腹泻的效果研究

摘要：目的：探讨轮状病毒疫苗在防治小儿腹泻的临床应用。方法：观察400例小儿，200例分为观察组，给予轮状病毒疫苗口服，200例小儿为未服用过轮状病毒疫苗，分为对照组，统一追踪随访，一年内调查在秋冬季发生腹泻情况、患病的时间及出现严重病例情况。结果：一年内服用轮状病毒疫苗组的小儿腹泻次数为（2．54±1．32），患病时间为（5．68±1．01）天，严重病例数为14例，未用疫苗组腹泻次数为（4．12±1．93），患病时间为（7．52±1．42）天，严重病例数为36例。结论：两组在腹泻次数、患病时间及严重病例数的出现等方面比较均存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。口服轮状病毒疫苗是预防小儿轮状病毒腹泻目前唯一有效的方法。

Effect of rotavirus vaccine in the fight against pediatric diarrhea

Abstract：Objective：To investigate the clinical application of rotavirus vaccines in the fight against pediatric diarrhea. Methods：400 cases were di- vided into two groups, 200 cases as Observation group were giving rotavirus vaccine oral,200 cases as Control group were not taking rotavirus vac- cine,unified tracking follow--up investigation within one year in the autumn and winter sick time and severe cases of the situation. Result;Within one year, taking the children of the rotavirus vaccine group the number of diarrhea （2.54± 1.32）, duration of disease （5.68±1.01） days, the number of severe cases to 14 cases,no diarrhea vaccine group （4.12±l. 93 ） ,disease duration （7.52±1.42） days,the number of severe cases of 36 cases. Con- clusion：The two groups in the number of diarrhea,duration of disease and the number of severe cases is problematic are significant differences （P 0.05）. Oral rotavirus vaccine is the only. effective way to prevent the rotavirus diarrhea.
