不同意识状态下患者洗胃术的应用分析

目的：探讨急诊中毒后，对不同意识状态的患者洗胃所应用的方寨。方法：回顾性分析2011年1月至12月我院急诊科收治的32例急性中毒患者的临床资料。结果：通过正确有效的洗胃方法，提高了一次性插管成功率，减轻了患者的痛苦，32位患者全部得救。结论：口服中毒后来院洗胃的患者，意识状态不同，所采取的洗胃方法不同，善于应用洗胃技巧，可有效提高洗胃成功率。

Different state of consciousness in patients with gastric lavage technique application analysis

Objective：The paper discusses the different applied methods of gastric lavage for the patients with different states of consciousness after acute poisoning. Methods： The paper retrospectively analyzes the clinical data of 32 cases of acute poisoning patients in Emergency Department of my hospital from January to December in 2011. Result ：The patient＇s lives were saved in time through the correct and effective methods of gastric lavage, improving the one--time success rate of intubation and lighting the pain of patients, all of 32 patients were saved. Conclusion：For the patients of oral poisoning with different states of consciousness, we should use the different ways and should be good at applying the technology of gastric lavage, so that we can improve the success rate.
