椎管冲击疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症96例临床研究

摘要：目的：通过骶管冲击疗法，寻求治疗腰椎间盘突出症的新途径。方法：选择典型的腰椎间盘突出症患者96例，分成A、B两组各48例，A组注入激素类，B组注入肢原酶类，分别注入骶管内，每周1次，4次为一疗程，比较结果，观察疗效。结果：疗效显著者55例（57．29％），有效者34例（35．42％），无效者7例（7．29％），有效率92．71％。结论：采用骶管冲击疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症是一种简便易行，近远期疗效满意的方法，值得推广应用。

Spinal shock therapy for lumbar disc herniation 96 cases of clinical research

Abstract：Objective：By the sacral pulse therapy to search treatment of lumbar disc herniation in new ways. Methods： A typical 96 patients with lumbar disc herniation, is divided into A, B groups of 48 cases, A group of injected hormones, B group into the collagenase class, were injected into the sacral canal, 1 week, 4 times for one course, comparisons were observed. Result： 55 cases markedly effective （57. 29%）, effective 34 cases （35.42%）, ineffective in 7 cases （7.29%）, efficiency 92.71%. Conclusion：The impact of sacral therapy for lumbar disc herniation is simple and sat- isfactory methoda in short and long term results which should be widely applied.
