社会支持对卒中后抑郁患者抑郁状况及神经功能改善的影响

目的：探讨社会支持对卒中后抑郁（post-stroke depression）患者抑郁状况以及神经功能改善的影响。方法：随机搜集300例卒中后抑郁患者，通过社会支持量表评分调查每例患者社会支持状况；随后根据量表得分将上述患者分为两组：评分高于20分的A组和评分低于20分的B组，6个月后两组患者分别进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分（hamilton rating scale for depression，HAMD）和美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（national institutes of health stroke scale，NIHSS）评分测定。结果：A组患者6个月后汉密尔顿评分、NIHSS评分均较B组明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：强化社会支持对卒中后抑郁患者抑郁状况以及神经功能改善显著，社会支持联合抗抑郁药物是一种有效治疗卒中后抑郁途径。

The effects of social support on the improvement of depression state and nervous function for post-stroke depression patients

Objective To investigate the effects of social support on the improvement of depression state and nervous function for post-stroke depression patients. Methods 300 patients of post-stroke depression were divided into two groups based on the scores of scale of social support, which were group A （score above 20） and group B （score below 20）. After 6 months, all of the patients were measured with both hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD） and national institutes of health stroke scale （NIHSS）. Result Compared with group B, the HAMD scale and NIHSS scale of group A patients decreased obviously （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effective social support contributed to the improvement of depression state and nervous function for post-stroke depression. Social support combined with anti-depression drug therapy was probably a useful way to deal with post-stroke depression.
