我国有关炎症性肠病诊断的文献复习

目的了解我国炎症性肠病的诊断现状以提高对IBD的诊断水平。方法通过中国生物医学文献数据库(CMCC)和中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)，检索1989年1月至。2003年12月期间发表的有关炎症性肠病的所有文章，逐篇查阅原文，记录分析我国IBD的诊断情况。结果国内发表有关IBD诊断性研究的文章数逐年增多；由探讨IBD诊断的相关综述和探讨IBD诊断方法及诊断指标、临床诊断分析方面的文章构成。212篇论著性文章中86篇(40．6％)使用了诊断标准，诊断标准应用不一。CD漏诊率为60．9％，UC漏诊率为32．1％。结论近15年来，我国IBD的诊断研究文章数逐年增多，但是诊断标准的使用率较低，应用不规范，漏误诊率高，提示亟待提高IBD的认识和诊断水平。

Retrospective analysis of diagnosis status of inflammatory bowel disease from literatures of China

Objective In order to investigate the diagnosis situation of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and improve the diagnosis level,the relevant literatures with IBD in our country are reviewed.Methods All papers on IBD published from Jan,1989 to Dec,2003 are collected,and then the diagnosis status in China are recorded and analyzed by searching CMCC and VIP.Results The total number of papers on IBD published on medicine literatures from 1989 to 2003 are increasing gradually,which are composed of the 3 parts,including review,articles about diagnosis methods and ones about diagnositic indexes and clinical diagnostic analysis.Among 212 papers,diagnosis criterions are used in only 86(40.1%),which are used in nonstandard ways.Misdiagnostic ratio is 60.9%,while one of UC is 32.1%.Conclusion Papers on IBD are increasing gradually during the periods from 1989 to 2003,but many problems still remain,including less usage of diagnostic criterions and nonstandard usage of them in those papers.In addition,the misdiagnosis ratio is higher.All of these problems suggest that it is necessary for us to improve the cognition on IBD and to enchance the diagnostic level.
