| 摘 要： | 目的为摸清高密市肺癌死亡情况，掌握其变化规律，为卫生决策提供科学依据。方法对高密市死因监测系统2006-2008年肺癌及恶性肿瘤死亡资料进行分析。结果2006～2008年恶性肿瘤死亡共计3402例，其中肺癌死亡1054例，占恶性肿瘤死亡病例的30．98％。肺癌死亡率为41．21／10万，其中男性死亡率为56．97／10万，女性死亡率为25．30／10万，男性高于女性，差异有统计学意义（x^2=155．498，P〈0．01）。结论2006-2008年肺癌死亡率居恶性肿瘤之首。肺癌是对高密市居民健康和生命威胁最大的恶性肿瘤。

| Abstract: | Objectives To investigate death status of lung cancer in Gaomi city,try to analyze the rule of the change,and provide a scientific basis for health decision-making.Method The data from Gaomi death monitoring system from 2006~2008 were analyzed.Results From 2006~2008 a total of 3 402 cases of cancer deaths,1 054 cases of lung cancer death,accounted for 30.98% of the malignant tumor deaths.Mortality of lung cancer was 41.21/100 000,for male,it was 56.97/100 000 and 25.30/100 000 for female.The difference betw... |
