| 摘 要： | 观察腹痛刺激及电针前后脚间核、黑质内Ｐ物质（ＳＰ）含量的变化。在实验性腹痛大鼠上应用免疫组化方法，结合计算机图象处理。腹膜腔注射醋酸致痛后，脚间核吻外侧区（ＩＰＲＬ）内ＳＰ免疫阳性物质的含量明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１）；而腹膜腔注射醋酸后再给予电针，ＩＰＲＬ内ＳＰ免疫阳性物质的含量明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５）。痛刺激促进了ＳＰ从ＩＰＲＬ内释放，在脑内传递痛觉信息。电针可激活痛觉调制活动，抑制ＳＰ释放，出现镇痛效应。中脑黑质内的ＳＰ免疫阳性物质含量在各组无明显差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），提示痛刺激和电针对黑质内ＳＰ含量无明显影响。

| Abstract: | PURPOSE The change of content of substance P like immunoreactivity was investigated in the nucleus interpeduncularis and substantia nigral of rats with experimentalabdominal pain in EA.METHODS Immnunocytochemical methed.Computer image processing technique.RESULTS The distribution of substance P-like immunoreactivity in the nucleus interpeduncularis decreased significantly following injected peritoneal of acetic acid (P<0.01).After EA,the content of substance P-like immunoreactivity increased significantly (P<0.05). Nosignficant change was found the content of substance P in the subtania nigral.CONCLUSIONS The results suggest that substance P in the interpedunclaris might be related to the abdominal pain and EA. |
