摘    要:目的观察一种多因子组合空气消毒器对室内空气的消毒效果。方法用多级空气微生物采样器方法进行了实验室和现场试验检测。结果由静电场、紫外线及活性碳过滤等多因子组合空气消毒器启动运行60min,对气雾室空气中白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为99.97%;实验室空气中白色葡萄球菌的自然衰亡率≤51.60%。在现场房间内启动该空气消毒器运行60min,对室内空气中自然菌清除率达97.03%。结论此多因子组合空气消毒器在规定使用条件下,对实验室和现场室内空气中细菌具有良好的清除效果,不产生对环境有害的物质。

Abstract:Objective To observe the efficacy of a multifactorial combination air disinfector in disinfecting indoor air. Methods Multi-level air microorganism sampler was used to carry out laboratory and on-the-spot tests. The multifactorial combination of the air disinfector was composed of electrostatic field, ultraviolet rays and activated carbon filtration. Results Operation of the multifactorial combination air disinfector for 60 min killed 99.97% of Staphylococcus albus in air of the aerosol chamber, while the natural decay rate of S. albus in air of the laboratory was ≤51.60%. Operation of the air disinfector for 60 min in on-the-spot room removed 97.03% of the natural bacteria in indoor air. Conclusion Under the specified conditions for use, the multifactonial combination air disinfector has good efficacy in removing bacteria in indoor air of laboratory and on-the-spot room. It does not produce the substances harmful to the environment.
