胶体金法检测便潜血假阴性结果分析

目的]了解解决胶体金法检测便潜血中出现假阴性结果。方法]用胶体金法和化学法做灵敏度对比试验，同时检测病人标本便潜血，再用胶体金法检测柏油便中不同采样量对潜血试验结果影响。结果]胶体金法灵敏度高、特异性强，不同采样量对检测结果有不同影响。结论]应选择灵敏度高的试纸，免疫与化学法联合检测，严格控制标本采样量及稀释液用量是避免假阴性结果的关键。

Analysis of false negative results in fecal occult blood determined by colloidal gold

Objective] To solve the false negative results of fecal occult blood by colloidal gold. Methods] The sensitivity of colloidal gold and chemistry was compared. Meanwhile, fecal occult blood in patient samples was detected by them. The variety of different collected quantity in asphalt stool was shown by colloidal gold. Results ] Colloidal gold had high sensitivity and specificity. The sample mass variety could affect the results. Conclusion] The choice of sensitive strip in combination with inmunology and chemistry method, the control of sample and test diluent are the key of avoiding false megative results.
